BAB I
PENDAHULUAN
A. Background
Teacher Training and Education Sciences of Bale Bandung University is a tertiary educational institution which provide the facilities for the students so they are asked to know the study-discipline. The opposite, the students don’t realize their position as students, it is caused that most of they just thinking the organization in the campus which pragmatic without care their as learners who will implicate the study in the public. Because, the student position of tertiary educational institution will demand their responsibility in the public then. Related that, teacher Training and Education Sciences of Bale Bandung University accommodate the activities and creativities all of the students in the institution, the student are trained with skills in organization, society interest and potential, so the student can explore their selves well.
In English education study program of teacher training and education sciences there is an organization named HIMADIKBARIS which has position as facilitator for all of student programs. One of the programs is Extraordinary Escape which invites the native speaker for guiding students how they can speaks English well or at least they know how native speaks.

PLANNING INCOME AND EXPENSE EVERY MONTH

Budget
Plan when you will get your salary, how much its amount, and when you will spend your money, what the post and how much the amount of expenses. The plan called budget.
Budget function
The function of a budget is to inform if your expense surpass your income or not.
Important
Include saving in your budget. Usually people save their money later, after their money was spent. So, sometimes they cannot save cannot save their money because all of their money was spent for shopping.

This article explain us, how to manage our money so that we avoid from deficit. It has good tips because those tips are very simple but will very useful if we use it in our daily life. So, if have a problem in our money we can try for planning our income and expense well. So, by this way if we found that our expense is bigger than our income we can revise our expense.
